Incorporate exercise and eat healthily – Eating healthily can give you all the nutritional values your body needs, and your eyes will also thank you for it when you feed it with the proper nutrition that it needs. You should also aim to exercise at least 3 times a week to help with the blood circulation to the eye that can keep it strong and healthy.
